By engaging in our services, you (“Client”, “You”, “Your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We agree to perform the services as detailed in the signed Service Agreement or Quote.
We use ethical and approved methods for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and do not guarantee specific rankings on any search engines.
2. Payment Terms
All fees and charges are as detailed in the Service Agreement or Quote.
Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise specified.
3. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with 30 days written notice.
If payments are not received within the stipulated time, we reserve the right to suspend our services.
4. Liability
Our liability for any direct losses incurred by the Client as a result of us not meeting our obligations will be limited to the amount the Client has paid us in the previous 12 months.
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information acquired during the engagement without written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by us during the engagement remains our property until paid in full.
Once payment is received, the Client has full ownership and rights to content created.
7. Data Protection
We will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in regards to the handling and processing of personal data.
8. Non-Solicitation
During the term of the agreement and for 12 months after its termination, the Client agrees not to solicit or entice away from us any of our employees or subcontractors.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
